Position to be filled: Human Resources/Accounting Assistant
We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources/Accounting Assistant. This is a diverse position that includes assisting with the administration of benefits, COBRA , FMLA, Workers Compensation and Short Term Disability as well as conducting benefit orientations and processing paperwork for newly hired employees.  Responsibilities also include light bookkeeping. This is a hands on position with a high volume of clerical/administrative responsibility and lots of contact with employees. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a support role within a Human Resources Department, some bookkeeping experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Candidates must be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, compose own correspondence and have excellent customer service skills. We need a self-starter able to work with minimum supervision.

Position to be filled: Head Coach Middies Swim Team
The White Plains YWCA Middies Swim Club, a twenty year + USA Swimming team sponsored by the YWCA, seeks a Head Coach.   The candidate must be self starter and strong communicator. S/he will motivate young people ensuring a positive experience in swimming. S/he will be the center point between the YWCA, parents and swim organizations. 
Responsibilities: Manage daily swim team operations. Supervise practice, develop teamwork and sportsmanship. Supervise and develop assistant coaches. Develop short term and long term goals for the team, coaches and facilities. Communicate with parents regularly Develop the structure to ensure successful meets following all applicable rules
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 7 - 10  years experience as a coach with at least 5 years as head coach or head age group coach. Must be a registered USA Swimming Coach. Strong communication and organizational skills ;  ability to demonstrate personal characteristics that exemplify the YWCA and familiarity with Meet Manager Program and Colorado timing system

Position to be filled: Director of Information (MIS Director)
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Director of Information Systems to oversee the development, implementation and use of information systems throughout the organization.  This includes determining user requirements, recommending practical solutions and leading organization-wide efforts to improve the effective use of information systems.

The Director of Information Systems must have at least five years experience in a senior position directing information systems and/or project management.  Must be able to work with and communicate effectively with various levels of staff.  Must have strong analytical skills and able to work independently.

The Development department is seeking a part-time internship that requires a detail oriented individual with excellent writing skills and knowledge of social media to be part our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills. Be a self-starter and able to interact with the public, donors and staff. Familiarity with Facebook and other social media websites and processes is a must.
